Special Order

All products sold by MB Fine Jewelry are considered special orders, crafted or sourced to meet the individual specifications and preferences of each customer. As a result, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is placed and first deposit has been received. No returns or cancellations will be accepted after confirmation of your order.

Enhancement Disclosure

Some white gold are Rhodium finished which is non a permanent treatment.

One-Year Warranty

Coverage: All jewelry purchased from MB Fine Jewelry are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship only.

Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse, accidental harm, purposeful damage, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under this warranty.

Claims Process: If a covered defect arises within this warranty period, please contact us promptly with proof of purchase. MB Fine Jewelry will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
