Full Payment Required: Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has been received and confirmed.
Custom Orders: As our pieces are custom made, we do not ship until your order is fully completed and has passed our quality checks.
Production Time: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design. You will be notified once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Notification: Once your order is ready and has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation via email.

If you are looking for beautiful, custom pieces, look no further. I wanted a necklace to match my engagement ring and Belen artfully crafted the perfect slide to match! She took her time with me, explaining every step of the process, including selecting the diamond. The turnaround time for the piece was another added bonus. She is a true professional, with an eye for detail. I am very selective about who I use for my jewelry and Belen is the only other jeweler I have come across that rivals some of the greats in NYC. I got the engagement ring with Belen and truly if my fiancé would get a dollar for every time she gets a compliment on how beautiful the piece is would already have paid for it and she has been wearing it for less than 5 months! It’s multiple compliments per day!
